BOOKING
A valid credit card is required for booking services. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 
A minimum 24 hours notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments. Not showing for your scheduled appointment or not giving 24 hrs notice will result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service charge to your credit card on file. 
Although we sympathize with illness and family emergencies, we cannot be responsible for any last minute cancellations or no shows. Unfortunately, exceptions to this policy are not permitted.

ARRIVals 
If you arrive late, we can accommodate you, but your appointment will end at your scheduled time (or shortly after IF time allows) and you will be expected to pay the full service fee. It is best to arrive up to 5 minutes early for your appointment. 

REFUND POLICY 
You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

results
Individual results may vary and are dependant on the length/volume of your natural lashes and on the type of extension you choose to have applied. Also, fills are all based on time. Please choose the appropriate fill type. For example, if you book an hour fill but most of your extensions have fallen off, it is not realistic to expect your lashes to look as full as they did after the full set was applied.

All clients must be 18 years or older.

health & safety 
We take your health and safety seriously. We ask that you keep in mind of the following:
- This procedure requires single synthetic eyelashes to be adhered to your own natural eyelashes and are semi permanent.

- Your eyes will be closed and you must be still during the entire procedure, since tweezers and glue are by the eyes.

- Some risks of this procedure may be but not limited to eye redness and irritation. The fumes from the adhesive may cause eyes to tear up if you open your eyes. 

- It is important to disclose any allergies to surgical tapes, cyanoacrylate, creams etc. and if you have recently experienced any eye illness or injury.

- An allergic reaction is possible from the adhesive causing redness along the eyeline and swollen eyes. An allergic reaction could happen immediately, a few months, or years later or not at all, however this is a possibility.  

- An allergy patch test can be done 24-28 hours before your appointment if you feel it is necessary.

- If a reaction does occur, you agree to contact Lashes For Days to have them removed at no charge and that a refund will not be provided.

To sustain the health of your natural lashes and prevent infection, it is very important to follow the aftercare recommendations given by us. You are fully responsible for the maintenance of your lashes. Failing to follow proper aftercare can result in permanent natural lash damage. Please ask questions if you are unsure of how to properly care for your extensions.
